Evidence over opinion

We make decisions based on what the data actually shows, what users actually do, and what we can actually verify. Strong opinions are welcome but they have to survive contact with reality.

Privacy is the product

Zero-knowledge architecture is not a feature we added. It is the reason the product exists. Every engineer, designer, and operator on the team needs to feel that in their bones.

Bias toward shipping

We ship small, often, and visibly. Perfect is the enemy of safe. The next person waiting for a working app does not care how elegant our roadmap is.

Build for everyone

If a single mom in Phoenix and a first-time driver in Atlanta cannot use what we ship, we have not shipped it yet. Accessibility, clarity, and trust are non-negotiable.
