Zero-knowledge architecture is not a feature we added. It is the reason the product exists. Every engineer, designer, and operator on the team needs to feel that in their bones.
We ship small, often, and visibly. Perfect is the enemy of safe. The next person waiting for a working app does not care how elegant our roadmap is.
